Riviera Lifeline supports seniors in so many ways across the French Riviera and the Var. We have more than 50 volunteers across the Var and the Alpes Maritimes! We love what we do and always need more people to help! Want to become a volunteer and make a difference to senior peoples’ lives?
Our Welfare Officer is the initial point of contact, talking to those who may need our help. An initial assessment is carried out, and a recommendation of proposed actions are made to the Executive Committee.
Most volunteers are people in the community who have time to visit seniors in their own homes, to lend a sympathetic ear and an offer of companionship.
